Charlbury Neighbourhood Planning meeting

Charlbury, a small town in Oxfordshire, are currently writing a Neighbourhood Plan and they invited Kirsti along to capture their first community meeting.  She was joined by a couple of local artists and involved residents, Stuart Parker and Chris Sharpe.
